He is the colleague and former co-worker of the Employee, who couldn't bear the relentless demands of the consumers and decided to quit. While running away, Jimmy drops a set of notes covering some useful tips for survival, titled "Jimmy's declassified Retail Survival Guide". The notes cover tips like: Throw boxes at consumers to stun them, beware of the baby, "Lester is the manager's pet", etc. The notes can be accessed by pressing "esc" on the keyboard, as stated by Jimmy.

From the brief and assumingly last meeting with Jimmy, he shows to be a generally kind person as for instead of abandoning The Employee and fleeing the store, he instead takes his time to explain what needs to be done, gives them notes of advice, wishes them good luck, and tells them the consequences of what'll happen if the tasks go incomplete, showing that he does not want The Employee to get in trouble.
